The Lamb tells the story of a childless couple, Mar í a (Rapace) and Ingvar, who are sheep keepers in Iceland. On Christmas Eve, they discovered a newborn baby who was half human and half sheep. They aspire to have their own child and decide to keep this little lamb as their own child regardless of the consequences.
