對這部電影本身和男女主演興趣都一般 當時看完全因為屬於我喜歡的黃金年代 看了後也僅僅對小簡愛有興趣 佩吉安加納那種桀驁不馴的倔強感將童年簡愛那種性格詮釋的淋漓盡致 小簡愛最好的朋友應該就是海倫了 片中印象很深的一段 簡愛和海倫飛奔在一個什麼地方忘了 簡愛幻想著 意大利還是什麼來著 看來我得重溫了
其实我是没读懂简爱的，简单来说就是关于一个被舅母送到修道院学校的放荡不羁的简爱的爱情故事，请允许我这样称我们的女主。
我也没有去查找其他版本的简爱，只是因为懒，看了这个版本就懒得去看其他版本了。这个版本一开始就是黑白的，搭配简爱的背景和时代氛围，相得益彰。给人一种忧郁无聊压抑的感觉，使我看的过程中几度被瞌睡虫打扰，最终还是看完了影片，看到结尾处总觉得还没看出个缘由。
终于进入正题了，简爱不得不说是个悲惨的人物，直到去到男主家中做家庭教师。在女主和男主的交往中
最早看的《简爱》电影，是1971年版本的，由乔治·斯科特与苏珊娜·约克主演。而本部电影拍摄时间更早，1943年的，男女主角分别是奥逊·威尔斯与琼·芳登。
我心中“简爱”的形象就是71版女主角那样的，不起眼不漂亮，却坚强勇敢充满个性。本片中琼·芳登有些太柔弱娇美了，也可能是其在《蝴蝶梦》中的角色太先入为主。
男主形象这43年版的有点过于粗旷，似乎更适合演“美女与野兽”。而71年版的配音邱岳峰实在功力深厚，使那版的男主角成为了最有魅力的罗切斯特先生。

拍摄时间很早，所以室内背景阴暗得像吸血僵尸片，镜头摇摇晃晃，背景杂音叫人观影感受很糟糕，不过第75和95分钟左右时的音乐很赞。
2.【可怕女主】
罗切斯特先生的确像原著一样丑，可是女演员明明看上去很老，长得还算好看，个子不矮，没有倔强，没有聪明，只有老处女一样大大干枯的嘴巴、幽怨闷骚的眼神，跟原著背道而驰。
3.【相比原著】
片长太短，人物经历和内心活动根本反映不出来，外加贫乏的语言。影片最多也就是讲个不完整的仓促灰姑娘故事，完全没有文学上的价值，不过转念一想，这么烂的片子要那么长干嘛呢？
不过最后在不同于原著的平静相遇之后，镜头拉长，场景唯美，赞一个
